Roach Hunt Partnership was established to provide traditional Quantity Surveying services to local and national Clients.

Through our services, we support and help the Client throughout the course of a project’s life and ensure that COST, TIME and QUALITY objectives are met.

We aim to establish the best building solution for the budget available. An important part of our service is ensuring that project budgets are realistic and achievable.

Most of our commissions are received through recommendation from fellow construction professionals or from repeat Client business.

Business systems

The Practice currently uses CIT
PreCon and C21 as its mode of elec-
tronic measurement.

This software system is used to produce all Cost Plans, Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Work’s or similar tender documentation, based on the RICS Standard Method of Measurement 7th Edition.
